Hey everybody... I just finished my 10 minutes of AB Hits. I chose the CTX Kickbox 12 minute segment and those planks were just plain evil. OMG reverse planks

I've never heard of such a thing!! Oh well, I guess I'll have a lot of surprises on that Ab DVD since I don't have a lot of the w/o's they go to.
I also was feeling like some upper body work, so I did the upper body segments off of the Body Blast TimeSaver DVD with w/u and stretch from PUB. Let me tell you, those pushups are the toughest bar none, even Gym Style, that I have seen. I believe it is some of the bonus footage that just comes with the TS. Picture it... six count down pushups, two up with one arm rows... needless to say, this old girl was on her knees for those!!!
Becky... we have to do this again next month, Kali and I were talking about that. Along with anyone else who wants to join, the more the merrier!!

Terri - I swear woman, are we going to have to fly to Denver to tie you up!! :+ As long as you are feeling okay.... remember to take that rest day soon, ya hear. I need to get busy on the Kite Runner also. I am just getting into it.
Lori - I've got to get supper going myself....
Kim - are you getting any rain from Ophelia? We are cloudy here but it isn't from Ophelia. We are so far west, we aren't expected to get anything, maybe a sprinkle. We need rain bad!! I know you are closer to the coast than I am.
Charlotte - I see you got the car cleaned. I did that Sunday and it needed it. I cleaned inside and out and hopefully it won't need it for a while, not my most favorite thing to do.
