Just looked through the threads to see if I missed anything...
Terri - DD is doing very well, no residual effects from the migraine. She did, however, fall down a flight of stairs at her apartment complex yesterday morning going to work. She lives on the third floor, so has two flights of stairs up to her apartment. I told her when she moved in not to go rushing down those stairs in a pair of heels with her hands full (take it from mama who has fell down a couple of flights of stairs herself!!). Well, she called me and said, I did what you told me not to do!!! She is okay, just bruised up her legs and bloodied a couple of toes.
Becky - I looked at the June 05 rotation. My only problem with it is that I don't have Slow&Heavy OR CTX. I have the GS's and could sub something for Power Hour the last week but I am missing a crucial part of the w/o in weeks two and three.
The Aug 04 rotation Kali recommended, I have more of the w/o's but still have to sub a few which isn't a problem. It also has a lot of running in it which I am going to HAVE to do at least the first two weeks starting in October since I have a 5K on October 15th. I was already thinking I was going to have to sub any cardio with runs anyway.
Becky... look at the Aug 04 rotation and see what you think. We'll still wait and see what Cathe comes up with. There seems to be a little more upper body in this one since my upper body probably thinks I've forgotten about it.
We'll keep bouncing things back and forth.
