Good Morning ladies,

I am still at work and I didn't not sleep overly well.Imagine that...didn't sleep at work!x( I have an hour to go and its just as well that I stay up now and boy, am I ever hungry! I have a orange here and I think I will eat that soon.

I checked the forum just to see who was on line and there are 4 of us! hahaha Not to many people awake yet.

Todays workout...not sure yet.I feel like I need to do more weights, well Legs really.I am off now until Fri morning so I should get a good UB and LB workout in and then I can just do circuits or cardio this weekend.

Anyway...I think I am going to put a pot of coffee on.

Can't sleep at work huh? Oh the horror. LOL!

I was off from work yesterday and was busy around this house so I took a rest day. I was supposed to do Imax and never got to it.x( So today ME is on my rotation but I've decided to do Lowmax. I haven't done it in 2 weeks and I think it's time to be sadistic to my legs. I'm still a little sore from L&G's on Monday, so I guess I'll strike while the iron is hot. And tomorrow is PS legs which I don't have so I'll do GS Legs instead. That should get them going ya think? I'm concentrating on LB and cardio for the remainder of the year with UB thrown in every other day or so.

I have work 9:30-2:15 so I'm off to get started. Have a great day everyone! Miss talking to you all!

You know what? I think I am on here to much b/c everyone in this town says that they never see me anymore but yet I am on here all the time.:eek:
I am very happy for DH.I won't be making much profit and he probably won't be either yet.But its a job as of now and we can do bigger and better things with that place no doubt.

I have grown to love L&G.Its a awesome leg workout.Prehaps that the one I will do today.

Lori,

L&G always takes my breath away. Hard workout, but I never feel it the next day or the next after that. Guess that is why I prefer walking lunges and doing squats. I don't remember getting DOMS from lowmax either, but again, another tough workout. Why do you think that is?

I am going to do bicep work (my favorite) and I want to work lower body again even though my butt cheeks are still sore from walking lunges a few days ago. I think I will go with PLB.

Why don't you do ME twice with me on Saturday?

Good Morning Miss Charlotte!:)

I would like to do ME with you on Sat BUT I don't have it right now.I loaned it out to a friend who isn't using it. If I get it back I will do it but it will have to be in the evening b/c I am working all day.Geez...I haven't done that workout in forver.At it is one of my favorites to.
I don't get sore after either of those workouts either.I did L&G about 3 weeks ago and I was sore but I have did it twice since and I haven't been sore.As for LM, that one as never made me sore either.

I went to bed and couldn't get to sleep but I am not over the moon with energy either.But its like this...if your not going to go to sleep, then you are going to workout}( Its one or the other body...make up your mind.I had to get out of bed b/c I was hungry to.So I just had some breakfast.I think I will workout soon and have a nap after lunch:)

Had a hard time getting out of bed myself for some reason. I forgot, you did already tell me that about ME, that you didn't have it and you loaned it out. Hope I am not getting alzheimers or something. LOL!

Yeah, your losing it! I loaned out certain workouts after I got the new series and I haven't bothered to get them back.Now I am getting the hitch to do one of them though.PUB is one of my favorites and I loaned that out to.Wouldn't be so bad if she was actually using them!

I gave my DD friend a Cathe dvd...high step circuit since her friend is trying to lose weight and likes stepping. I don't think she is using it as I asked her and she said, "no, don't have time" so I feel like asking for it back. Should have just thrown it in the trash, if she doesn't use it.

Well more laundry to do today. I am cleaning some too, but I will clean more tomorrow. Gotta dye my hair, it is looking really faded and blah. Gonna start working around at 11am. I am going to go about 55 pounds for bicep curls this time. Sometimes I go up higher and sometimes lower. If I go lower, I can move my arms farther down. When I go 65 pounds, I can't bring my arms all the way down, at least not yet, but I believe in doing it this way because I am trying to train my arms to get use to heavier weights, but at same time, I want to be able to work entire arm so I have to use less weight. Make sense or am I being retarded?

Hi Ladies.

Yeah, I just got my lazy a$$ out of bed not that long ago! What ya gonna do about it, Lori!? :p }( :p The extra sleep felt great though!:)

I'm at the bottom of my first cup of coffee. Once it's gone I have to take care of the little one. It's time for him to get up now too.

Today is PLB on the roation but I don't think my knee will be able to take the squats and lunges. Maybe I'll just do the l/b exercises it can handle and then do cardio or upper body instead.

I would like to post some pics NOW but I don't have a self timer and I feel silly asking someone to take them for me! Although I took that one set that I have on pic trail on my own via my full length mirror so I guess I could do that again....just can't flex my bulging biceps for the pic! }( :p }(

Charlotte- I am getting workouts back! No doubt about that.I just lent them out b/c I knew I would be using all of my new workouts.That seemed like forever ago.And I was thinking yesterday, you know you have to many workouts when you do one and you don't know what is comming next.I did SS and PP last week and I didn't have a clue what was going on.So many workouts...so little time:)

Wendy- So you admit your being lazy? Well..can I write that one down? ;) I feel the same way with having pic's taken.I feel silly flexing when taking pic's b/c I know DH will laugh is A$$ off at me and I don't like to be laughed AT!:+ But I think you should take some pic's...we love looking at them:)

I finished my workout but I didn't get my leg workout in yet.I did a 50 min run and the weight workouts on the viper(terminator dvd).I was hoping to veg after lunch but I am not sleepy yet:-( Its gonna hot me later when I am not tired.

Hey girls.

Just finished my work out. I did PLB modified. Went VERY LIGHT on exercises that might bother my knee. Then I did PUB abs and another 140 crunches on my own from all angles.

Tmrw is a rest day according to the rotation-2 rest days this week. I won't take 2 though. If nothing else, I will ATLEAST do abs tmrw but I'll probably throw in some weight work too.

Gotta shower, eat and get Joey up from his nap!

How is your knee? What knee is it? Does it bother you when doing cardio? Thats to bad.I haven't had a bad injury in about 2 yrs.I did ALOT of running 2 summers ago and in a matter of a month I was really feeling it in my right knee.
I just finished doing GS legs.There,I have it done. And I have dinner in the oven.I am getting hungry!

It's my left knee and it bothers me on and off during anything and everything...often times when just walking around the house! Then I'll start to do my cardio and it won't bug me at all! GO FIGURE! LOL

HAHAHAHA! The girl with no face:+ Im just joking! You look good! I can really tell that you don't have much further to go.Just think.He is only 5 monthes old and you have accomplished soooooooooooooo much! :7 :7 :7 For some reason I think if I have another I won't bounce back like that.When I had my daughter I was only 17 and I had my size 26 jeans on a week later.Now,they weren't comfortable but I got them on.And after having a baby,thats all that matters.
Horror story for you.After I had her,(i was breast feeding) I decided to put nair on my legs.So I didn't do it in the tub, I think it was before I got in tub so I was naked. I put my leg up on the counter,went to wipe the nair off of my legs and my nipple touched the nair! ;( It was awful.Boy did it burn and I had to continue breast feeding like that.It took a while to heal.Ill never forget it.Haven't used the stuff since! Can you blame me?

You look great. You can see a huge change in your body since a few weeks post pregnancy. You go girl. Keep up the great work. As for not showing your face---- I dont blame you.You are showing your form in the making. Not everyone post pics like that. (me included) I admire your bravery for showing the world yourself as it is .

When .....and you WILL reach your goal..... flaunt it hon. You deserve it. Your son is tooooooooooo cute. I love the smiling face you have with your family pictures and every day things. Your smile says *volumes* about how happy you are.
