Hi Girls,
Where is everyone today? I have been up for a while but just making it to the computer.Dh and I got a coffee and drove around town for a bit, then I reminded him that the gas prices where crazy and we shouldn't be wasting gas...so he brought me home and he is gone to a meeting.For a guy who doesn't work, he sure as a lot of meetings to go to.
I think I am going to ease off on the weights a bit.I feel like I am getting to bulky.I think I am going to stick with just 1 workout at a time, meaning, just one workout of biceps instead of S&H and GS.When I look in the mirror I am not liking what I see.Maybe if I shed 10 lbs and then the muscle would be shining through.But right now it feels like I am building muscle and everything is just getting bigger instead of leaning out;( I wonder waht results would I get from more circuit workouts?
The scale was down today
1.5 lbs.I thought about it yesterday, I could have been retaingin water b/c the dinner I ate the day before was fairly salty and I remember drinking alot of water before I went to bed and not peeing it out!
Today I am going to run and do legs, I think.That providing that I workout with my running partner.If she isn't going, then I am not sure what I am going to do.I haven't thought that far ahead yet today.
