Oh terri, I am really not that bubbly.Its just my fingers! I can't control what they type:) Glad you are feeling better.

I have had bit of a busy day.I have another plane in 30 min and then thats it for me today:) I am then,definitly,without a doubt...gonna have a nap!
Just finished my lunch.I had a lean cusine.They are just so easy.The guy I am working with was making fun of me b/c there is such little food in it.I told him I didn't know if I could eat it all and that I may have to save 1/2 of it for later!

Hey girls,


Just got back from getting my hair color and then dd talks me into buying her some jeans. Geez! I'm already got to buy her clogging shoes before dance wednesday, and they are nearly 100.00. that is totally rediculious! But she enjoys it, so I have to sacrifice. So that is why I have to buy haircolor instead of going to get it done. My hair is so long that it would cost well over a hundred dollars. I got the Loreal kit that has two steps. The one you color all over and the other you highlight with. I got Biscotti Dark Blonde. I hope it turns out okay.


Terri- I know you're glad to be working out tomorrow. Glad you mouth is feeling better!:) I'm going to be up bright and early to get the weight part of the rotation done tomorrow. I am going to try this getting up early thing.:p

Lori- the lean cuisine sounds good girl. I will have to cut down on my portions this month. Especially if I am going to have you show pics of you in a thong!:p He!He! I couldn't resist that one!:7 I would die before I would show my *ss on pictures!x( It looks like a d*mn waffle iron!:-( It's not big but it has little dimples on it. Also the side of my legs. What's the deal? But maybe I can get rid of that some this month. You have a good day girl!:)

Hey Terri. Thanks for the advice. I know it would be hard for me to do the w/o's with out the vid but I figured I'd ask anyway. I am thinking of maybe using the ctx ubs and doing the exercises 2x each. That would put me at approximately 20 mins per body part I think. I'll go check out the thread that Carole answered as well to see if it gives me another idea...

So I ended up doing Leaner Legs (including ab section) just before and was going to move on to cardio but was feeling weak and a bit light headed so I am taking a break for food. Just ate a tuna sandwich on ww bread w/ a tblsn of reduced fat mayo. :9 I'll give it about 30 minutes and then I plan on doing a Low Max premix! As you can see I have decided to KILL my legs today since we are starting a rotation tmrw that focuses on the upper body! }(

I have officially made my Cathe wish-list for Christmas! This is aside from the new vids I pre-ordered as a gift from DH }(

I want:

Gym Styles upper body only
Slow and Heavy upper body only
Rythmic Step/MIC/Imax
High Step Advanced
The Classics
and possibly
Ab Hits...not sure yet.

I'm sure I won't get them all...may not get any! LOL But it doesn't hurt to ask, right? :+ If we weren't living on one income right now I'd be buying them up myself with out a doubt but I really can't afford to do that right now :-( ... My little guy is worth it though!:+ :+ :+

So what does everyone else want that they don't have yet? }(
 
Oh Wendy!!! You poor thing;) I have them ALL!:) Thats the advantage I get to marrying a guy you loves to spend money and for me being in charge of the bills.He doesn't even know I buy them unless he answers the door! Abs hit is an awesome one, wish I could find it! I don't have to really,really old workouts.I have step max..etc but not her very first workouts.I even have the wedding one and I don't think I ever did it. Once you get them all it will be easier for you to stay on top of things b/c you will just buy the new ones when they come out.

Kim- No bum on the internet? I don't understand:) That was funny when you said your bum looked like a waffle iron!

Finished my flights for the day, unless I get a surprise! Im gonna clean up the mess and then relax, just like i said I was gonna do!

Sheesh! Today is my big cal day...I have eaten all day long and still only have 1350 cals under my belt! I have another 680'ish to go until I hit my mark!!! :eek: DH wants steak for dinner though so that should beef it up...no pun intended!;):p

I still haven't done my cardio....DH is busy fixing something in the house and Joey gets mad when I leave the room for more than 5 minutes so I gotta wait still...

Hope you all are having a good day...it's pretty quiet in here today...you all must be busy!

Okay ladies...you have officially left me no choice but to talk to myself here! :p

I got Joey off to sleep on my bed-he is surrounded by pillows! :+ He usually takes naps in his crib nowadays but that is where daddy is working so he would not likely get any sleep up there right now.

I am thinking about doing tomorrow's work out today (day 1 of october rotation) because I have a busy day ahead of me tomorrow and fear I won't get my w/o in!!! I know I wanted to do cardio today but I can do it tomorrow if I end up having time and Cathe has cardio for Tuesday anyway so if I DO miss out on the cardio it's not such a big deal...Hmmm...I have time to decide yet...I'm not finishing my w/o until after dinner anyway....MAYBE I could even get in a quick cardio AND tmrw's work tonight! }( }( }(
 
Okay...and here I am an hour and half later...STILL talking to myself! ;(

Starting to make dinner now...later than I would have liked but DH just got done with what he was doing not too long ago and Joey had to eat as well so we kinda had no choice but to delay din-din for ourselves.

Still contemplating my work out for this evening....I guess I'll make the decision when I am ready to start...which won't be until 9pm at this rate! ;(
 
Hey Wendy.... DD has been here since yesterday. I was so glad she came and spent the night. I have really missed her even though I have seen here about every weekend or every other weekend. It was good to have her here overnight. We watched the movie Radio last night, it was very good, I'd never seen it. We watched The Notebook today which I have seen but I never get tired of that movie. I have not done CM today or SM. It was more like having a guest with DD here because she hasn't been back home in a while. I didn't want to work out with her here or talk too much on the forums. I hope to get back on track tomorrow with the Oct rotation which I am really looking forward to.

Hope everybody had a great weekend, they sure do go back fast don't they!!!

I know what you mean by a busy day tomorrow. I have work, then PT and come home to get dd and take her to get her clogging shoes. I think that is why I have to get up earlier in the morning to make sure I will get it in. If I wait till night I'll never do it. I hate when I can't just come home to relax!x(

I'm glad to hear you and your dd had a nice weekend together. I know it is nice to have them there when they don't live there anymore. I loved watching the notebook. It was so sad to me at the end,even though they died together. I don't know if I've seen radio yet.



I hope everyone is ready for rotation starting tomorrow!

Jane-How lovely that you had your daughter for a visit. I love the notebook but Don't think I have seen the other movie you mentioned.
Kim-I am so ready to workout after havibg to take the weekend off. I will do the upperbody and a run and abs :)

Terri/Kim - Radio was a very good movie. I highly recommend it. It is based on a true story and is set in Anderson, SC.

Terri, hope you are feeling better and I am getting of the computer NOW to go work out!

I decided to forgo the cardio and do the first day of the October rotation tonight...if I am done with that and I feel I want to spend more time than I will do a short (20 min.) cardio tonight...if not, hopefully I can squeeze one in tmrw maybe. We'll see.
I will be using CTX UBS as a sub for gymstyles. I will do each body part 2x back to back using ubs. This won't be perfect by any means but I'll go heavy and do the best I can! I also think that I will do push ups first. Cathe has tons of push ups in GS and she has them first so I will do them first too. I probably won't do as many x( but I will try!:) The rest of the exercises in UBS I will do in the order they are presented and just slow down the rep speed to 2-2 or slower when she is doing singles in UBS.

I'll come back later and let you all know how it went!
I'm hoping that after doing this I will have some DOMS tomorrow!}( }( }(

Hey Terri!

Ok so I did CTX ubs x 2 for back and shoulders but I just couldn't muster the energy by the time I got to the biceps...I only did them ONCE. Will squeeze in # 2 tmrw if nothing else! That was E-V-I-L!!! }( I slowed down the rep count on most exercises from singles to a 2-2 count and on some I slowed from a 2-2 count that Cathe was doin' to a 4-4 count and went HEAVY. WHOA!!! If this doesn't give me DOMS then NOTHING will I tell ya!:eek:
