Where the heck are you girls??? I can't believe I'm the FIRST one here! Of course by the time I'm finished posting, someone else will have started this.

Well Missy - aren't you impressive with your "real" foreign languages! Way to go! We've missed you chiquita.

Lori - just so you know, I rode my bike on the trainer last night for an hour while lifting 50 pound dumbells over my head for shoulder presses and throwing in abs with an 80 pound weighted plate while still on the bike. Then while still peddling, I held a barbel loaded with 350 pounds and did pedal squats. When I was finished I did 950 walking lunges with 100 pound dumbells in each hand. What do you think of that? :)

This morning I did cardio on the bike and will do weights tonight (you KNOW how I hate working out at night, but desperate measures!!!). I'm just trying to get in more cardio for the countdown. I was going to only do upper body tonight but I think I'll do ME. What do you think? My cheeks are feeling much better today (amazingly, after last night's monster workout - hehehe).

Hola, Susan! Sorry I am getting on late, I have been at Walmart, and I LOVE that store! I went intending only to walk out with some cleaning supplies, but of course that didn't happen. I also left with candles (a lot of them!) and some annual flower seeds (lavendar zinnias, purple morning glories, dwarf zinnias, sunflowers....) for this spring and had to pull myself away from the silk flowers and pictures and kids' clothes :D. I am REALLY looking forward to gardening again, I keep looking out at my bare garden so close to tears! I miss my flowers! What flowers do you have in your garden? YOU DID 50# PRESSES!!! You rock! That is really awesome! Wait, are you joking? Or are you for real? If you are for real that is IMPRESSIVE! if not, you suck! :p :p :p :p :p Kidding, of course!

Today is my rest day. I was up all night last night with Logan and his vicious cough, so I am relaxing today after I do the bathrooms and mopping. I feel so wiped out. I am not sore from my workout at all yesterday! I remember when i first started PH I couldn't finish the segments. Now I am doing the same weight that Cathe is and I don't feel it anymore! :) That is awesome! I am pretty excited about raising my weights! :7

Hey Missy!

I love Wal-Mart too. Since we got our Super Wal-Mart though my DH usually goes with me when I grocery shop and that puts a curb on my other shopping (mostly unnecessary stuff!). :(

Hmmm...what do I have in my garden? I'll have to think about that. I've added so much in the past two summers. Maybe I'll take a picture of it when it's in bloom this year and post it on my picturetrail. I also have pots that I put annuals in each year. I try to be all creative since I used to work at our local Botanic Gardens and saw all the cool stuff they did in pots. But sometimes I'm just lazy and do petunias and pansies. What a pansy, huh? :)

No, I'm full of crap. Lori gave me crap yesterday about only doing the first 100 walking lunges with weights and the rest without. So I guess now she'll know the truth! I simply rode last night with no weights - after riding in the morning too, of course. That part is true. Whoopie! Hehehe.

I'm sorry Logan's not feeling well. And that you're tired as a result. I hope that you are both feeling better soon. And a BIG congrats on your increased weight lifting! Way to go! It's a great feeling, isn't it?

Hi gals...I had a rough morning but here I am.

I was supposed to take a rest today but then I considered doing a GS u/b work out in full as I haven't done that yet. Now I'm up in the air about it...I don't know what to do! Decisions decisions!

Have to go grocery shopping yet...UGH! Will probably go when DH gets home from work so I can leave the little guy at home. Was supposed to go this morning but it never happened. x(

Hope everyone is having a good day...can't say the same for myself...just one of those days where things keep going wrong and I'm kind of afraid of dropping a dumb bell on my head if I decide to do a GS u/b work out today!:eek:

Oh well...I think I'm gonna take my chances with hurting myself...I think I'll feel better if I work out!

Here I am!!! Oh wait now...there, just did my first set of 50 walking lunges with 15's:) Just got off of my treadmill, all I could do was 40 min run b/c the bandaid fell off the back of my heal so I knew it was no use to stick another one back on.There are really good ones I can buy though but I thought it was drying up! Oh well....hold on again....2nd set done and now I need to catch my breath.

I went to work today with DH for the morning so that is where I disappeared to.Then when DD went back to school, I to went to Wal-Mart and didn't get home until 2:30.I found dome new comforters for DD's beds and I bought some new make up for me.I really needed to get my hair done today or atleast cut but I didn't have the time to be sitting in a chair all afternoon.

Hold on again...3rd set done...phew:eek: :)

Susan- I didn't buy that for a minute! ANd I think Missy was just being nice b/c she didn't want to call you on it. Glad to hear you had a good bike ride though.

Missy- Logan is sick again? Poor thing.And it is really hardo n the parents when I child is sick b/c you listen to them cough alnight long.We don't have many nights like that anymore.

I am working tonight.I am now starting 4 of my night shifts:-( I can only imagine how tired I am going to be by the 4th night.It is suppose to be stormy tonight though so maybe it will be a quiet night and I can get lots and lots of sleep:)

Must go do my 4th set and see if anyone else as checked in since I started writing this.

Wendy, I'm sorry you're having a bad day. I hope it gets better. Please be careful with your workout. Joey needs his mom! I hate going to the grocery store (although it is a bit better now that we have our Super Wal-Mart). So I always try to remind myself of how thankful I am that I have the money to buy groceries. Did that help? Probably not! :)

I still can't decide between just doing upper body tonight (PUB) or doing my whole body (ME). I figure since I really need to be kicking it up right now I should just do the whole bod. Any thoughts?

Susan - I think you need to do CTX UB,then the GS UB ,then Leaner legs and then to top it off...imax1:) Let us know if you are still alive after!

Hi Girls!

Susan,

You are so full of crap today with your workouts! LOL! You did have me going there just a bit. Your too funny!

Anyhow, been a busy day today so I just didn't want you all to think I was snobbin' ya'll or being lazy and sitting on the couch eating pies or something like that. LOL! I had so many friggin' interruptions that I wanted to scream! First, the repairman came by today to fix our satellite receiver. Then just as I was about to resume my workout doing chest, the nurse from school calls and informs me that DD is not feeling well so I go and pick her up from school. I did get manage to finish all I wanted to do besides shoulder work. I did biceps/triceps/chest/back and core max 1, 2 and 3. Let me tell you, I can see a 6 pack now!!!!! It is there!!!!!! I noticed the definition mostly to the side and right down the middle of abs, but now getting more cut in center! I feel so much better now. I was getting grumpy thinking I would just end up hopelessly like a blob with so many interruptions and sicknesses, etc. I really feel good about all I managed to accomplish today plus getting my house clean and laundry is done too! Tomorrow I have to go visit Wal Mart like Missy did today, do some Ebaying and lower body workouts planned. Think I will do LowMax. I am going to have something nearby to throw at the TV when Cathe says, "how low can you go"? I hate when she says that!!!!!}( :p ;(

Anyhow, getting ready to watch some American Idol Idiots (not all, but most) with DD and DS. Don't be talking about me when I am not around, ya here? LOL!
