Where the heck are you girls??? I can't believe I'm the FIRST one here! Of course by the time I'm finished posting, someone else will have started this.
Well Missy - aren't you impressive with your "real" foreign languages! Way to go! We've missed you chiquita.
Lori - just so you know, I rode my bike on the trainer last night for an hour while lifting 50 pound dumbells over my head for shoulder presses and throwing in abs with an 80 pound weighted plate while still on the bike. Then while still peddling, I held a barbel loaded with 350 pounds and did pedal squats. When I was finished I did 950 walking lunges with 100 pound dumbells in each hand. What do you think of that?
This morning I did cardio on the bike and will do weights tonight (you KNOW how I hate working out at night, but desperate measures!!!). I'm just trying to get in more cardio for the countdown. I was going to only do upper body tonight but I think I'll do ME. What do you think? My cheeks are feeling much better today (amazingly, after last night's monster workout - hehehe).
