Just a note though, we are doing SJP tomorrow and I know it has upper body work on it so be careful what you do today. I think the freestyle work, from what I've read, doing back to back w/o's isn't as much of an issue right? Because the weights are lighter?
Wendy - I sure hope you feel better today. Nyquil will definitely put you to sleep, so hopefully you got some sleep.

Becky/Kali - I didn't get those walking lunges in this morning so I'll be doing them in the house at 3 when I get off and then going for my power walk. It is suppose to be 90 here today, yuck! so I'll probably walk a little later in the evening.
