Good morning fitness buddies...
I'm tired of working til 4 in the p.m., so I got up at 3:45 this morning and started at 4 a.m. I'll work til 5:30, then off, then back at 6z30 to start my 8 hours, that'll give me 1 1/2 hours over.
Anyway hope all of you are doing great today.
Charlotte - you posted something a while back about making chocolate-covered peanuts with splenda. Would you let me know how you make that?

ME today I believe Becky and Kali. I'm not sore this morning but that could change as the day progresses.
