Don't worry...my DH is plays me for a sucker and gets me to cook him breakfast on weekends and make him lunch for work, etc. I USED to tell him to do it himself :p but now that I am not workin' I feel like I really SHOULD do this kinda stuff for him once in a while...SUCKER? Maybe but oh well! LOL

GRRR...I can't get enough free time to yap on here today! x( :-(

Now DH just called me...he got out of work early so he wants to head out early so that we can stop a couple of places before we go up to his mom's for dinner sooo...I'm off again but I did Low Impact Step in full before for cardio...I am down to just abs and if they don't find thier way in today I'm not gonna cry about it! I burned about 1150 cals today between the Viper and LIS!!!! WOO HOO! :7

Wow Wendy. Maybe I'll get that Terminator DVD instead of RS. I still can't make up my mind. I'm sticking w/ the rotation so I really don't have to decide just yet.

I cleaned today and then I got a 40 minute walk in. Didn't run tho. Too hot. So that just added to my activities for today. :7

Jane! Are you done with BodyMax yet? Tomorrow is Leaner Legs. I don't have that so I guess I'll do L&G's or PLB. What would you pick?

My guys had a great day at school. Thank Goodness. :) I so worry about them. Well I start next Monday. I'm going to work M-W-Th 10-12 for now and then when things get rolling, I'll work till 1 then 2. So I'm glad about that. At least I can ease into it. It won't be much money, but hey we've been living on 1 paycheck for 71/2 years. Any extra will be a help. Right?

Well I'll be around for a while. Going out tonight with some friends but not till later.

I am cleaning tomorrow. Was suppose to do it today. All I cleaned was the bathrooms and that was it. I will finish the rest of the house tomorrow. Got in ME, but stretch max will do tonight. ME is one tiring workout. I did the bicep curl part twice as I did it the first time with 35# and then had to stop to do down to 30# so that made me mad so I did it again from 30# and hoping to finish. Arms already fatigue so didn't get to finish AGAIN! ARRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!!
Anyhow, what do you mean it is too hot? I am in Virginia and it is not hot here! It can't be hotter in PA. Well I hope you walked as fast as your legs could carry you. My legs are fried from yesterday and today's ME workout. And you know, I think I am starting to bulk up in my thighs. I measured them a few weeks ago at 20 inches around and now they are 20 1/2". Could it be the walking lunges? I hope it is not fat. LOL!

Charlotte! Alright you caught me. I highly doubt it's fat on your thighs! You don't have an ounce of fat on you. I on the other hand am I blubbery whale!

I still have TTOM so give me a break. Tomorrow I will run SOME. I promise. Thanks tho for pushing me on. It really helps. But I know you know that.

35# and 30# for biceps?????? I can't even do 10# yet! Oh my oh my. You're gonna have your hands full with me once I get to my goal weight! LOL! That won't be till after the holidays tho. I'm doing much better w/ my eating. Nice and clean and every 3 hours. So I'm off to eat again now. Nothing 3 hrs. before bed.

I hope it isn't the walking lunges either as I don't want my thighs bigger! :) Mine are measuring at 21 and a half today. I doubt from looking at your pics harlotte that the incease is fat. Perhaps it is the Heavier squats you are doing with the squat rack? You are one strong lady!! :)

Ok ladies,

For those of you eating every 3 hours I am in need of some food ideas. My day looks like this and it gets boring!

Breakfast-Kashi go lean and blueberries
Snack-banana
Lunch-Reduced calorie 9 grain bread with chicken lettuce tomato onion
snack-fat free yougurt with fruit added in by me a few cashews
Dinner-chicken breast, sweet potatoe, veggies
snak-usually some lowfat micrwaved popcorn or fat free sugar free frozen yogurt

Now that is on a typical day. Some days are salads with chicken and eggwhites and some days I Cheat:)
Any ideas would be appreciated. Oh I also eat salmon about once a week

Well ya'll, I am happy as can be to know I am getting wider! Let me tell you! :D As long as it isn't my butt! I am just gonna do more of them now...squats, walking lunges...leg curls, you name it!

You know DH came in one day when I was using the smith machine to do my squats and said I wasn't going down far enough so I had to go back to squatting with 80 and 90 to squat properly, but that is still alot of weight for me as I was only squatting 40-50 before.

Kali - yes I got it done!! I was working out at 3:15. I told you I'd be fast today, I got off work at 3!! I don't have LL either but I think I'll sub GS Legs since L&G are on the schedule for next week, then the week after that is PS Legs which I don't have either, so I'll sub GS Legs again. That's a lot of legs!! On week four on Tuesday she has Hardcore Legs and I'm assuming that's GS Legs. My legs are going to be like bricks after this rotation!!

Terri - my day here lately looks like this...

Breakfast - 1 cup oatmeal, a fruit (apple, blueberries, peaches, etc) in oatmeal. 1/4 cup Egg Beaters on a piece of WW toast.

Snack - protein shake with a scoop of vanilla PP, a frozen fruit, cup of skim milk.. I will change this up and use choco PP with frozen banana and 1 T of natural PB on my big calorie day.

Lunch - Tuna melt - one pouch of tuna mixed with 1/2 T light mayo, 1 T chopped sweet relish on WW with a slice of 2% cheese, pan "fry" with cooking spray on both sides until cheese melts.

I will also eat deli ham or turkey on WW with either mustard or mayo on the turkey and occasionally a slice of cheese.

PM snack - usually an apple and 1 T PB or a banana and 1 T PB, or a Dannon Light&Fit smoothie.

Supper - Something out of one of my cooking magazines, a chicken dish, fish including salmon. Tonight I had the southwestern chicken that Sara (imafitnessfreak) posted a few weeks ago on two FF tortillas with a 1/2 T of light sour cream on each, YUM. I also had a large salad with low-cal dressing.

If I think of anything else, I'll post it.

Hello ladies,

Hope everyone has had a good day. I have just got home from taking my DD shopping for some jeans, and it turned into being a straightening iron, shirts and those boycut undies. Boy she can really empty my wallet sometimes.

I am hoping to get in my leg workout some time tonight. As soon as the kids get finished with the tv. That will be some where between 9 and 9:30. I have to have some great motivation to do it that late. I know some of you will give me a push!

Good job Jane! Thank God that's overwith. I thought it would never end! Alright since L&G's in on there next week I'll do PLB tomorrow along with cardio. I have to do cardio everyday. It's an obsessive complusive thing. ;)

I just put on this little yellow blouse that last year I had to wear over a tank or a shell like a jacket, and I can actually button it and wear it like a regular blouse! Yay! :7 Ain't life in Cathe land grand? :)

Kali - I'll stick to the GS Legs tomorrow but on week three where I have GS Legs subing for PS Legs, I'm going to put PLB there since GS Legs are on week four. I don't know why I didn't think about PLB. No cardio for this girl tomorrow. After my 3 mile run with an almost 2 mile walk on Sunday, then Step Jam and a 40 minute walk on Monday, and BodyMax marathon today, it is weights only tomorrow!!

Kim - get that workout in and that's an order:+ :+ pretty please:p
 
Hey girls,

I just finished doing LG floorwork and done it (twice!) Thanks for the motivation girls, I need you to threaten me more often! I actually kicked the kids out of the living room!


I wonder what I will feel like in the morning? I don't think I will walk! Also you want to hear something disgusting? I have lost all muscle in my left calf from the boot cast that while I was doing inner thigh lift my skin was hanging off! It was just skin, no muscle. That is alittle depressing. I know when the doctor gives me the okay that I will build it back up, but gracious this is nasty!
