Jane and Becky~~~I was quite hesitant about doing L&G for the first time...it turned out not to be as bad as I had envisioned. You will both do great! Have fun!
Kim~~~I have trouble with sugar too. I just can NOT keep it out of my diet totally so I do not even try. I have given up MOST sugary things but I still take it in my coffee/tea and that won't change. I tasted Splenda for the first time the other night and it seemed okay but for as much coffee as I drink, it would cost me a freakin' fortune to sweeten it if I used Splenda, LOL, so I don't think I'll be buying it. My grocery bills can be bad enough! x(
ETA: Lori! We were posting at the same time! I know about bad days, hon! It happens, just right back to it and work even hard today!

I missed 2 work outs and ate out a couple of times in the last week and a half so I have screwed up myself lately!x(
Good morning Kali, Jess, Cleo, Nancy, and everyone else. I KNOW I am forgetting people here but my brain is not yet 100% open for business! Only on java # 1 and it's not even 7am yet!
Today is my cardio party day with extra leg work. Low Max is an order I guess and I will follow Pinky's lead and throw squats, lunges and all that in between intervals. }( Abs are up for grabs today...this is usually the day that I don't do them but I will if I have the time today.
OH and btw, today was weigh in day...I lost another pound :7 but my body fat is .2% higher than it was last week x( . I'm sure it's from the 2 missed work outs as well as the eating out. I tried to be as good as I could but it can be hard depending on what kind of food is available. :-(
