Moment of Truth/Fall check-in Thurs - 9-29

Thanks so much hon! You are such a sweetie! I owe you one!:)

Now I'm excited to start the rotation! I think I will stick with the kind of xtra cardio I have been doing on my current rotation where I add on 20-30 minutes every non-cardio day!

I would LOVE to take pics of myself so I can see what kind of results I get but I don't have a timer on my camera and I feel silly asking someone to take them for me. DRAT DRAT DRAT!!! x(
