Well I am happy to report to you lovely ladies that I am down from 159lbs. last week (w/ TTOM) to 154 today! Yeeeeeeehhhhaaaaaaawww!:7
130 here I come! I took my measurements but didn't get to compare them yet. I'm off to enter these stats and send them to my buddy Marla. She will be so proud! :)

Good morning Kali!! Yes it was a triumph indeed. I felt like I'd climbed Everest when I can away from the pig pickin with three hours of dancing behind me and no indulgence. It felt better than any piece of cake ever would have tasted!!

I was jumped on the scale this morning (not suppose to until tomorrow) but I am down 3 1/2 pounds from last Monday. I am back to my normal weight after the August 25/26 fiasco. I haven't done my measurements but I need to.

I'll have to go re-read the thread from last night and see what Wendy was up to. Sounds like she had a pretty good triumph herself.

Kali.. I'm so glad you are down five pounds. It shows how hard we've been working this week. You be down to the weight you desire in no time!!!

Today is my big calorie day and I am going to start it off right with pancakes. This is treat I can have and I am looking forward to today!!!

I went back and found the thread from last night. Good job Wendy on staying away from the fries. It sounds like you had a very relaxing night. It's important to have these on a regular basis. My calories were in line yesterday but with the BBQ and such, my ratio was a little off, like you Wendy, I was a little higher on the fat side than I usual am but I feel good about yesterday.

We are doing great!!
 
Morning Ladies,

Kali-I was up till 1 am. I did imax then i picked up the housw a little then read a few chapters in the Kite Runner. I am such a hyper type A personality that exercse helps me unwind when I am restless like I was last night. I don't often work out that late at night. It felt good though and I am also very happy i startedon the Kite Runner! Kali, that is wonderful news about those 5 pounds you lost. You will meet your goal!

Jane-Great job on your weightloss as well. You are doing terrrific in keeping the eating in check. Now enoy those pancskes!

Today is lowmax the extended(pinky)version and kickmax. I will how ever do one in the am and the other in the afternoon. Tonight I am going out with friends. No danger there as they all know I eat healthu and I am fitness obsessed :)

Good Morning Gals,

I had another nice sleep in but that was my last one now for a little while.Back to work tomorrow and its my loooooooooooong week.
Congrats ladies! Thats awesome! I know there are reasons for experts saying that you have to burn over 3000 cals, to lose one pound...but sometimes I wonder.I know some of it is water weight (which we don't want to admit to:) ) but when I started my diet I lost 6 lbs in the first 6 days.I have now come to a stand still BUT NOT THIS WEEK! I am ready today and I am putting my ALL into it this week.Last week I was sort of all over the place, even though it was still good for me.I think at this stage in the game (when its only 8 lbs left to go ) I really have to stick to it and no cheating.On sat morning,I want to be 125 lbs.Wish me luck!
I had a couple of treats yesterday but I didn't go over the edge.I almost threw up last night looking at what my weight loss buddy ate.We had supper together and she dabbled in seconds but it was a healthy supper anyway so no BIG deal.Then she dabbled in seconds in dessert.Then we watched a movie together and she brought out the chips and candy, she pretty much ate for 3 hours off and on.Then she went and got cookies that I brought over yesterday and she ate 3 of those.By the time I left she was holding on to her belly b/c it was bad...YA THINK? But yet...she will lose more then me next week and she doesn't workout! Obviously her metobolism is better then mine;(
My back and arms are sore from Kick Max yesterday:eek: Today is gonna just be cardio and abs.I think I am going to run.
I will check back later, soon gonna be time to get some food:7

I will have a busy day today so exercise will have to come later. Going up north to SIL's house for dinner and I am hoping we don't leave there too late as I will have to do my work out after we get home. I had the best intentions and set the alarm today for an early work out but I was just too tired after going to be late last night. I would have dropped a DB on my head so I just went back to sleep...
 
Wendy-Enjoy your day.Im sure you are probably only invited b/c of your boy! hahahaha When people have kids, you could just drop them off at the door and the family is happy,weather the parents are there or not:7 Ive been used before to:)
I don't know what we will do for dinner.My MIL usually cooks but I think she may have cooked yesterday.I would like to do something but I don't know if I want to commit to anything this early in the day.

Let's stay that way! ;-) Last night around 11:00 on I was craving peanut brittle ice cream, but I didn't give in since I had to weigh in this morning. Well if that craving hits me tonight, I will let it have its way! :7 :9 That will be my reward. I'd buy that sugar free kind,(it's really good) but then I'll eat the whole 1/2 gallon in 2 days like last time. So I think I'll just opt for a little bit of the real thing.

Kim did you do Coremax yet?? I woke up feeling great, and a little while ago I sneezed. OMG!!!! My sides are killing me! I haven't done coremax in a while. I've just been doing the abs in the reg. workouts. Man what a difference!!! }(

Well I'm off to do Imax2 for yesterday's Imax. Then maybe a walk if I'm not too jellowy. :eek:

Good morning ladies,

Hope everyone is doing well. I just woke up and having breakfast and coremax on my agenda. My day filled up so fast yesterday that I kicked my exercise out the window till today. I did good in the no sweets until my brother brings a roll of cookies over and yes I had to eat two! the bad thing about it is that I didn't even think about it until the end of the night! that's how much of habit it has become! But today is a new one! Hey at least you ladies help me complete my first week of the rotation I'm doing! So today I do S&H chest and all of coremax! Yuck!!

Kali- Congratulations on your 5 pd. loss. It motivates you even more huh?

Jane- Girl you have some willpower! and it's good you good some fun exercise at the same time! I love dancing, just haven't done it in a while.

Terri- Yes I heard pinky's version of Lowmax is really tough! Can't wait till the day I can try that one!

Lori- How in the world does your weight loss buddy eat all of that and lose weight the next week? Heck I wanna know how she does that!
And I love Kickmax! I remember my lats would be sore the next day!

Wendy- When I used to exercise in the morning I would feel the same way sometimes. One morning I should of fell by to sleep, because I was on my step and tripped over it and hit the wall! I was so embarrassed and no one was in there with me! I didn't want my dh who was in the bedroom to of heard me!

Yeah Kim... I only wish I could stop at two cookies when I get started!!! I remember a night when DD and I made a run to the grocery store for those Pillsbury pull-apart cookies you bake. I ate so many of those things, I got sick. That is why I have to get a handle on my binge eating. I don't do it often, it has been happening about once a month, TTOM and lasts for about two days but I eat such a large quantity of bad food that it throws me completely off and it takes me a week or two to repair the damage. Today I am back to my pre-binge weight from the binge on August 25/26 and that is TWO WEEKS!!

I've got a plan to control it this month, I'll let you know if it works.
 
Hi ladies! I'm pretty happy with myself right now.

I finally went back to the gym. They renovated it and it looks great! Every piece of cardio equipment now has a small flat-screen thingie, although I'm not sure what they do. (TV and games I think).

I did 40 mins. on the treadmill! Pretty good for someone who has been gone for awhile. I came home and very carefully did the PLB step-ups. I want to go slow and see how I feel because I can't afford to get that awful DOMS again.

Today I will go on the treadmill and again and do the lunges and squats from PLB, and maybe a few more exercises without weights.

What I ate:

Breakfast: old-fashioned oatmeal made with 1 cup of skim milk

Lunch: Well, I was at the salon all day. I only had a few forkfuls of low-fat cottage cheese.

Dinner: Salad of spinach, cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, radicchio, onions with 3.75 ozs. canned Alaskan salmon and Newman's light balsamic vinegrette dressing.

Snack: 2 mini-bags of Redenbacher's 94% fat free popcorn. (100 calories each) and fresh Cantaloupe chunks.

Okay, I know the calories were low, but the intense cardio zapped my appetite, and I've been eating way too much for weeks now. So I needed a light day.

How's everyone else doing??

I just got done w/ Imax2. I feel like I've been drinking Pina coladas! I love endorphin highs! :7:7

Since July 1 when I started seriously doing Cathe and eating right a few weeks after that, I have lost 21 lbs.; 3" off my hips and thighs; and 3" off my chest. (well that sucks) but Marla says that's back fat too. The clean eating is so important. I used to work out constantly and ate what I wanted and gained weight.

So......let's all keep it up!

Wendy I tried again to make a ticker and I still can't post it on my profile right. It's very aggrivating!

Kim are you done yet???? What are you doing? You better not be eating cookies or anything else bad!!! ;) LOL I'm just kidding.

WOW KALI!!!!!! You are awesome!! 21 lbs. since July 1!!!!!!!! Do you think maybe it's time to slow down a bit, though? How much are you trying to lose in total? What are you eating?

Thanks Nancy. My goal is 130 lbs. by New Year's. So that would be 45 lbs. total. DH tells me if I lose 45 lbs., I'm going to disappear!
I just try to eat as clean as possible. I try to eat only Good carbs, high protein, no carbs after 3pm and nothing 3 hours before bed. I also keep my calories at 1500 which is what I need. I admit I go under that a lot, but never less than 1300. If I can reach my goal I'll definatley slow down a bit. Only 3 1/2 months to go! :)

Kali.. wow!!!! is all I've got to say. I didn't know you'd lost that much weight!!! Be careful okay... don't go too low on the calorie, you could put yourself in starvation mode if you're not careful and hit a plateau that'll be hard to break. Get in those calories girl, cause we are working hard on this rotation!!!! You are doing awesome!

Nancy, that salad you posted sounds so good. I actually have the salmon and the Newman light balasmic. I'll pick up the other items and try that.
