Good morning fitness buddies....
I have to go into the hospital (workplace) and get blood work done for my annual employment review as well as fill out health questionnaire, etc... just more red tape to stay employed. I can't have anything to eat or drink since I have to be fasting. They open at 7 and I plan to be there at that time, so I can get back home and EAT!
I weighed and measured this morning. I'll go ahead and post them...
Bust - 35 - no change
Waist - 25 3/4 - lost 1/4
Hips - 37 - no change
Thighs - both 21 - no change
My body fat percentage is up this week, I have no idea why. I cannot believe though that I am gaining fat! My legs feel like bricks! I could be that I am due to start my period any minute. I don't know what kind of fluctuations you'd get with that. I seems the body fat would read lower since if I was holding any water, it would be measured as lean body mass, not fat and thus my BF percentage would be lower. Oh well, I don't know. My abs look like a washboard, my legs feel like bricks, so even with my butt not cooperating by losing any more inches, I feel I am moving in the right direction. Sometimes we can get too hung up on numbers. I try to remember they are a tool to guide, not rule your life!
Since start zigzagging,I have gained 4.3 lbs. in lean muscle mass which is nothing to sneeze at!!

IMAX2 today and 10 minutes of abs Becky and Kali.... can't wait!!
