I just read your other post about encouragement please..I think that was the thread. My DD was in track about 2 years ago. Other than that she does not work out lower body, but starting to work out with me on some days. The back of her legs have that strong S shape and I want to cry everytime I look at her legs and her suptle skin, but just glad she is my DD or I would be jealous as heck! I have been teaching her to not eat crap and my son too. I am now packing her lunch for her so she will fare much better and thank me when she is older and not stuck with cellulite on the back of her thighs like I had from bad eating. Anyhow, I am ranting now and maybe getting way off topic from your topic. Just feeling chatty. Now I got to workout.
