Yep,thats right, its the first day of Sept!I can't beleive the kids have to go back to school soon:eek:
Everything went well here yesterday.Had a good workout and eating went great.e went to a movie last night and I resisted popcorn, which wasn't hard to do b/c I had just eaten dinner.
I was planning on going for a run now but I think I may do a circuit workout and had a run in there.Either HSC or HST, I am not sure how my treadmill is going to be reacting today.I haven't been on it since it went nuts the other day.

I am kind of bothered right now.I posted a tread a while ago about "am I to friendly".I just don't know,maybe I should be giving people the cold shoulder? Im not flirting with them or anything I just talk to people.Anyway,one of the posters thinks that it is something that I am doing wrong b/c I've wrote about this a couple of times now.I went back in the forums and said nope,I don't think so.
Do you know that another poster, went back ,right to MAY month and dug up something that I wrote? It wasn't even a post,it was in another check-in (i think) so she must have read everything that I have written in the last year.
Im not even going to respond to it but I feel a little hurt by it b/c it seems as if it was done intentionally.The tread(by now) should have made it to the 4-5 th page and someone went and brought it to my attention.I would never do that to someone.
Anyway,I am not going to worry about it.I have been here way to long to let someone get over my time.
On that note, I will have a good workout and TRY my darnest to get clean!

Today is circuit, extra cardio and abs for me.

I won't bother with it,its just petty stuff, and I left highschool years ago...THANK GOD!:)
I managed to do 3 seg of HST and a 15 min run.We have an appointment at the bank that made me cut my workout short.I am planning on doing something else later today.I have to say, I love circuit workouts.Time flys!

Circuits are cool because they incorporate cardio and weights in short time! I like them to. I do a circuit 2x per week right now...
 
Well, I measured this morning and this is what has changed since Aug. 1st.

Waist: down .5"
Hips: down .5"
Chest: down 1"
Thigh: down 1"
Arm (unflexed): down .5"
Calf: down .25"

This looks impressive but really I've just lost the inches that I gained in July x( Well, it's motivating anyway. I really need to focus on my diet more, then I see the results I'm looking for. I haven't weighed today - need to go to my mom's for that since I don't own a scale, which is a good thing :)

Haven't decided on a workout today - probably GS legs.

Lori, ignore it. No one is OBLIGATED to respond to posts on here that bother them. We're adults, aren't we? We can ignore things if we don't care for them. I do it a lot. On both forums. Some people have WAY too much time on their hands and obviously like to play games but here's a thought ... if you don't give them the reaction they're looking for, they're more to likely leave and play the game somewhere else. And if they keep playing anyway, just keep ignoring it. You always have that option.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled thread ...

I did Core Secrets Full Body Challenge this morning, and I will do Firm CAWT later. Ran out time this morning to do an hour workout. Happens more and more, ladies! That 4:15 AM alarm is WAY too early!!

Lori, I agree. Just ignore it. WTF is this? If you want to be friendly, you be friendly! And if anyone doesn't like it it's too F"ing bad. Don't let people who have nothing better to do bother you. ;-) I PM'd you yesterday did you get it?

4:15 AM Carol? Oh I don't envy you! I thought 5:30 was BAD!!

I did cardio from C&W's and All Step today. Wasn't what I had on my schedule, but I had to improvise because it was Matt's first day of school. Daniel's was yesterday, but we had to take pictures all over again today! Tomorrow I'll be able to workout after I drop them off so I'll get back to my routine! Thank goodness. I don't do well when I am not doing my routine! x(

Morning:)
It's been a few days since I checked in.:-( I've finally finished babysitting, 5 days and I'm exhausted. Today is a rest (much needed), although judging by the amount of crap I consumed at my sister's house the last 5 days, I need to w/o 24/7. I can't face my moment of truth until the weekend, I'm very afraid:-(

Wow, Lori, are you serious? Because I happen to know the poster in question and she's bitingly funny, brilliantly intelligant, warm and wise and brings good things to life at Cathe.com every day. I think there's far too much over-reactiveness going on, which, in all honesty, I have done myself, but who hasn't? And that's my point. You posed a question and got many answers. Don't single out one you didn't like and make a mountain out of a molehill over it. These forums are too wonderful to allow such silliness to escalate into flame wars and taking oneself too seriously, although I do that too, at times. :D Like Carol says, we're adults. Don't be bothered by something said one adult to another because as adults we can all handle opinions with which we don't agree and get on to the business of fitness and fun in these fabulous forums. We should leave the adolescent behavior to the men which is where they get that "this chicks coming on to me; maybe I'll score" mentality in the first place. Trust me on this!

Oh, many answers is what I got and none of them bothered me.I know that when I throw something out there, anything is to be expected.What bothered me, is the fact that someone had the time to go back and search for something that I had written in May.The person who thought I had wrote it before,wasn't even the poster who went back and found it.It just felt weird to me that someone would do this and I thought it was childish...anywaysssssss.....
I ate good again today.Had a pretty good workout today.I am now going for a walk with a friend, and I think I am going to turn in early tonight.That way,I can get up early tomorrow morning and workout:)
