Well, I feel stupid. I've been working out steady for about 3 years, and have made lots of progress. Have made some decent strength and muscle gains. So silly me, I got a pull up bar today finally, and I can't do even one measly unassisted pull up.
I've been using strong resistance bands to simulate a pull up, but it's not the real thing.
So I guess what I'm going to do is use my step to stand on, and pull myself up with my toes just on the step, and just keep lowering the step down until I can do them without it at all (wishful thinking). Does this sound like a good way to do this??
