Last Saturday, I fell while doing the power turning squats in TTM and injured my right wrist. More than a week later, it is still very sore and easily irritated. It seems to be okay when it's kept straight, but flexion and rotation are uncomfortable.
Can you please recommend some modifications for things like push-ups, crab kicks, and tricep dips? I want to maintain my upper body fitness while my wrist heals. Thank you!!!
