Morning all!
Yesterday was good until I got home and broke down and ate a few bites of the luscious chocolate pizza! It's all gone now, so I don't have to worry about that any more
Today:
B - steel cut oats, banana, soy milk
S - grapes and lf cheese with 12 grain crackers
L - rice and stir fried veggies, orange
S - apple and almonds
D - protein pancakes with strawberries and yogurt (it IS Pancake Day, after all!)
Workout is 4 mile run, back and core.
