Hi Cathe,
Your body looks AWESOME in the Hardcore Series! I've selected your body as my model. I've looked high and low for the body I think I want and your body comes closest. Now that I have a model, I have a couple of questions:
1. Do you know approximately what % body fat you have during the Hardcore Series? I'd like to use that as my goal.
2. How often should I train each body part to add muscle size?
3. Should I train my abs with the same frequency? Some people recommend training abs like any other body part, and some some say to train more often. Your abs look great - how often did you train them?
It makes sense to me to find someone who has done what I'd like to do, then copy how she's done it. Question 2 and 3 are basic questions I guess, but I'd really like to know how YOU did it. I appreciate your help. Thanks!
