I did Cardio Blast and after that, I was previewing MMA Kickbox....
I got mezmerized by the warm-up, and started doing it, and next thing I knew, I was doing the cool down! It was a really fun workout, and the guys in the workout added the equality, as Kevin says.
I think this is Cathe's best KB workout -- it's really fun, with new creative moves, and it didn't take me too long to pick it up, either. Might be my favorite one now (even better than Amy's KB Surge, though not as vigorous). All the KB combinations are just fun, fun, fun! She's got the learning at a quick pace, but, that's good in the long run. I guess I was surprised the guys could do the 3rd combination pretty well. Lorrayne and Cathe were always in synch with each other, Robert was shuffling on the opposite foot all the time, but it didn't detract from the great workout. The other guy(Mark??? forgot his name) looks like he knows the moves for sure! This is a really good group of members for this workout.
I'm surprised I even like this kind of music. It goes good with the workout(though I normally would not choose music like this).
Also, the core conditioning moves have a bit of a creative twist and helps give the workout a fresh new feeling.
