MMA Hand wraps

Cathe,

Will the MMA disc have a bonus feature showing how to properly put on the hand wraps?

I understand that hand wrapping isn't necessary to enjoy the work outs, but it would be helpful, and also useful with the heavy bag workout.

You also have the option of quick wraps which you put on like a glove and velcro at wrists , I have a pair I use with my boxing gloves and I like them.I believe my Husband got them at Title Boxing.com. I also remember when he purchased his traditional wraps that they came with instructions for proper wear. Now with that being said , I am curious if Cathe will be using traditional boxing/conditioning gloves for workouts or if she will be using MMA gloves? Hope info was helpful

Hand wraps help protect the hands and wrists when you are hitting something (a bag, another person). You don't really need them if you don't have a bag (unless it's just for looks). You wear them under gloves (though there are some bag gloves that work without the wraps).

Same with gloves: not necessary if you don't intend to do the bag workout.

I would think it would be helpful. I don't know how easy it is to wash gloves!

I have a small and narrow hand so the wraps help keep my gloves in place and provide a more secure fit. Sort of like putting on two pairs of socks when a shoe feels a little loose

I would think it would be helpful. I don't know how easy it is to wash gloves!
