Has anyone tried this? how does it compare to MMA boxing and MMA kickboxing? I don't have the money to buy all 3 but if Fusion is a good combination of boxing and kickboxing, then it looks like my best bet. Help anyone?
I think the boxing is my favorite and the fusion will grow on me. I think the fusion has a bit of a learning curve and will get more difficult as I do it and learn to work it. I dislike kickboxing. I did kickbox as my comeback workout after a month off due to illness and travel and it felt very slow, boring, and it was just not typical Cathe intensity. It felt way too easy for me to use as a stand alone workout unless I'm coming back from illness or just having a low energy day and want to do something very light.
To me fusion is quite unique and it is not overly intense as a whole but it has some intense sections that work your muscles quite uniquely. Some of the moves where I am getting up and off the floor will some time to master and this is why I think for me it will get more intense the more I do it.
