Mix-n-Max premix from Cardio Fusion

Haven't tried it yet - I need a good cardio knock me on my butt workout today - is this it? Anyone know what's in it?

Hi Lorrie,

This is a great, kick butt workout.
It is the same as the regular Cardio Fusion workout w/the BM2 combo done 2x and the order of the rest of the parts mixed up a little. I forget the exact order of the workout, but it is an 80 minute killer.

Yes, this will kick your butt. I've done it twice now and each time I want to die by the end of it. It rocks!! LOL!!

Definitely will! I did this today.

Breakdown (80 min)
BM2 warmup
LIC last step and blast
Drill Max 6 circuit (cardio only) Nice to get these out of the way first :)!!
BM2 combos no breakdown 2 x through (12 min? not sure) (catch your breath here)
than BM2 4 circuit step combo and blast
then BM2 cooldown.

Try it out and tell us what you think.

I find this one more challenging than CF itself in original format!

I've done this workout once each weekend for the past 4 weeks. I really like doing long cardio's on the weekend. I agree with Erin, this premix is more challenging that DF alone.
