Mix n Match

Can anyone tell me how to mix 'n match? I have the IMAX 2/Cardio & Weights DVD and I would like to take part of each to create a new workout. Is there someplace on the Cathe website that can show me how to do this? When I pick certain step segments to do I have to keep highlighting and stopping my routine. Is there someway around this? Thanks for any help you can give me.:)
 
I've wondered the same thing myself. I'm going to post this question on the DVD forum and see if we get an answer there.
