Mix N Match Dream Workout

If you could mix and match sections from any of Cathe's cardio tapes - what would your result be? Here's mine:

Warm up from 10-10-10 (it's only 5 minutes long!)
First section: Second section of Power Max (the pendulum!)
Second section: Third section of Step Jam (I love the ham curl)
Third section: Second section of Step Works (Power Mambos!)
And the finale: The intervals from CTX Step Intervals

I am curious to read other peoples' choices! I also wanted to add the kickbox section from CTX Power Circuit, but I didn't want my dream tape to be as long as MIC. Then it would be a nightmare tape! Just kidding. I actually like MIC a lot.
 
Workout #1:

I-Max warm-up
Body Max Step Circuit segment
CTX Power Circuit circuit segment

Workout #2:

I-Max warm-up
MIC Step segment
CTX Step Intervals interval segment

I love these mix&matchers, but it's a pain in the gazool to keep switching out the videos!

I don't have so many Cathe cardios to do this with! Some of my favorite segments though include (in random order!):

* 10-10-10 kickbox
* the end of CTX kickbox where you do a knee, side kick, & a cross punch
* the first circuit in Circuit Max
* the beginning of Step & Intervals (before the Intervals)
* the Rhytmic Step challenge
* the part of Step Works where you do a "rock press, puch of the back, two knees takes you back, walk to the inside..." (I got this from Discovery Health)

Maybe I have more than I thought. I guess it is just never enough!

What I would like is a Circuit video with heavy upper body work interspersed in the cardio. Maybe Cathe hasn't done this because it doesn't keep your heart rate up as high as leg work.

Yeah I thought about a heavier Circuit Max too, but that is one reason why I stopped using The Firm, I couldn't lift that heavy, that fast and if I slowed it down, my heart rate dropped. I love that part of Step Works too! Actually, I love every single Cathe video I have ever tried! I just did IMax this morning and although love is a strong word for that one, I did love how I felt once it was over! Just kidding. I can't believe you listed Rhythmic Step Challenge, I have always ff'd through that part because it looks soooooo difficult to master. Should I try it?
 
I have tried a few Firm workouts and didn't like them. Part (but only part) of my problem is the way they worked smaller muscle groups before the large ones (e.g., tris before shoulders and shoulders before chest). That is not the way I like it, but I guess it has its place in the larger world of lifting. I create my own heavy upper body circuits.

If you can do the first three segments of RS, then I think you could do the challenge. It is really just the same thing except first you do it all on one lead leg and then switch. I love that part the most! Maybe because there is less repetition. YOu know, in the first three segments you are still learning the routine.

I don't have IMax. But I taped a little bit of that off of Discovery Health too. I'd like it, but I think my next Cathe video will be Cardio Kicks. About a month or two ago, I felt a little knee pain for the first time ever, and thought I better go a little easier on the step and do more other things.
