Mix & Matching

When you select the Mix and Match selection on Cathe's DVDs is there a way to select a few at at time or do you have to select one do it and then select another one?

Yes please someone answer this. I haven't been able to figure this out either. If not, then how is it different than chapters??

You select one at a time. Usually five or six exercises can be selected.

I still don't understand. When I highlight Interval 1 on Low Max and then hit enter it plays it. How do I select more than one inverval b4 playing them so that they play in succession?

agreed - mine does the same - select one and press enter and it plays

With mix-and-match, you select one section, it plays, then returns to the mix-and-match menu, where you can select another section, and so on, and so on.

In the BB series only, there is a "Workout blender" option that allows you to chose up to 4 (?) segments, to play in order.

Some people had problems with the BB DVD's not playing well, and IMO, it may have been due to the WB, to the music louder/no music etc. , excessive chapters, or a combination of all of those features, so SNM backed down a bit on features for the HC series.
