mix and match

Can someone explain to me how the mix and match section of the DVDs works? I just got a DVD player and have figured out the menus and premixes, but not the mix and match section. Thanks for your help,

I believe its not like when you program your DVD player to run a certain pattern of chapters. In Mix and Match all that happens is you get a list of chapters. You select one and it takes you to it and you run through it. At the end, instead of returning to the main menu, you immediately return to the mix and match menu and can select the next chapter you want to move to. I guess its for people who don't have or know how to use the programming function on their DVD. It just allows you to control where the workout goes to next.

Now I could be all wrong too
