missing my weights

I am just loving RWH. I began with the 'getting started' rotation which blew me away. So glad there were frequent off days. Then went right into the 'RHW & LIS' rotation. I've leaned up and slimmed down, feeling awesome . Got to week 3. When I did the 2 LIHI upper body workouts, I felt weak. Wasn't sure if I was tired from all the workouts or the lack of weight training. Started week 4 this morning with the LIHI upper body workout. With that first lift I knew that it was the weights. Really missed them. I like the way this week looks so I may go for one more week 4 before moving on to the RWH & XTrain. Feels like I may have found the right balance with the weights and Hiit training for results and satisfaction. Yeah - satisfaction.
 
Couldn't agree more! Any Cathe workout with weights puts a big smile on my face and the whole day!
FOCUS is the name of the game when doing PUB, which was my last weight workout. It truly "pumped me up".
