Missing DVD #26

Oh my gosh....I am freaking out. I just opened mesocycle #3 to start tomorrow and disc #26 is missing! Has this happened to anyone else? I e-mailed support but they will not answer until Monday. I guess I can do the next weeks leg workout if I don't get it in time? Any suggestions????

Oh that stinks! Personally I would start with week 2 plyos, I've heard that customer service has been very good about sending out the missed/damaged discs, so hopefully you'll have it within a week or two, then just work it back in when you get it.

Looking at the plyo workout cards, it's not the same as the others, it doesn't build up to more weight week after week, it's always either 70% of your 1RM or NA. So I have a feeling of all the workouts, the plyos could be easily interchangeable.

I just opened my mesocycle 3 and found disc 26 is missing. How strange. So, I did a search and glad to see someone else didn't receive it either. I called customer service today and they said someone will call me back Monday.
