Mishing and Moshing with Cathe

Last week Cathe responded to a post regarding very high intensity cardio. She suggested doing the following back to back - CTX S&I warmup, cardio and intervals only/RS challenge/SB challenge immediately followed by SB cool down and stretch. Today I took the challenge and did this mish mosh adding in the finished product from combo #3 RS and SB before the challenges. Well... }( HOLY CARDIO!!!!}( let me tell you it left quite a glow in my cheeks and shine on my brow (nice way to say red faced and sweaty:p ) I had a great workout, lots of fun and the time flew by (just over an hour). I'd recommend this challenge to anyone who loves hard cardio and lots of choreography....toooooo fun!!!!:)

Thanks, Laurie. I think I'll do this combo this week--LOVE choroeography and get bored so easily... I think this will be chalenging and fun!
 
Laurie, today I did SB warmup, challenge + intervals, then SJP step and hi/lo premix (skipped the warmup), then SJP abs and stretch in about 65 minutes. This kept me from switching discs since I don't have a multi-disc player. Holy cardio indeed. I'm still having this endorphin blizzard.:)

Nice one Pinky!!:) :) I'm adding this one to the pile and will do it this week. This is great, having all of these mish moshes to choose from makes the wait for the new DVD's just a little bit easier.
