Last week Cathe responded to a post regarding very high intensity cardio. She suggested doing the following back to back - CTX S&I warmup, cardio and intervals only/RS challenge/SB challenge immediately followed by SB cool down and stretch. Today I took the challenge and did this mish mosh adding in the finished product from combo #3 RS and SB before the challenges. Well... }( HOLY CARDIO!!!!}( let me tell you it left quite a glow in my cheeks and shine on my brow (nice way to say red faced and sweaty ) I had a great workout, lots of fun and the time flew by (just over an hour). I'd recommend this challenge to anyone who loves hard cardio and lots of choreography....toooooo fun!!!!
