Mish Moshes

I do not have a disc changer (please note). Does anyone have mish moshes that they have done for CArdio I could rotate between dics but I do not want to spend to much time at it.

Please share.

I don't know what discs you already have, but here goes:

MIC/Interval Max challenge:
MIC warm-up through end of hi/lo segment; then
Interval Max cardio/blasts cycles 1-10.

CTX 10-10-10 warm-up through hi/lo; then
Step Intervals interval segment; then
Power Circuit circuit segment

CTX All Step through end of step segment; then
Step Intervals interval segment; then
10-10-10 hi/lo segment (this really ends things with a bang)

Gauntlet cardio only ("NEXT"-ing through each resistance cycle); THEN
I-Max Extreme, as far as you can go

The Timesaver and Hardcore Extreme discs should be perfect for your single-disker.

I don't have a disc changer and I still do the majority of the mishmoshes. You have to have everything ready, keep moving while you wait for it to load and be careful not to drip sweat all over the DVDs, LOL. The mishmoshes are too good not to do them!

I can honestly say the first one I did I loved it and I actually did sweat more than usual. I just don't think like these fitness minded so I just ask and take what is dished out.
