Can you explain to me what this is. I have read them but am not understanding what they are. Why are they different than rotations?

We're going to have to develop a Cathe Dictionary, aren't we?

A "mish-mosh" is where you take several segments from two or more Cathe workouts and stitch them together into one complete workout.

A rotation is a multi-week schedule of specific workouts usually with a particular training focus (cardio or muscle endurance, strength and mass-building, etc.).

Thank you so much for this info. SOmetimes the lingo is a little hard for me to get...I am a little slow:) Not long now and I will be right in there with the best of you all (hopefully!!)
