MIS?

I think I forgot to do this workout when I got it a year ago. Does anyone still use MIS? I have been doing some circuit workouts lately, and thought I might use MIS with some jogging thrown in here and there.

I haven't used it yet because I enjoy Cathe's weights so much with her newer stuff. It seems like she is getting better and better, and MIS seems like a step back. I love the Gym Styles, and the 4DS, and I can't see how MIS can compare.

Anyway, just curious on anyone's thoughts. I'm sure I'll try it once, just to have done it.

I like MIS, but admit I don't do it often as I like the splits. It's a good full body strength workout. I remember this and MIC were some of the first Cathe I started with and my chest would shake like crazy!!
 
I agree. MIS is a tough, time-efficient workout if you use it like I do and split it into upper and lower portions. I'll do either MIS Upper or Lower in the a.m. and a short cardio in the p.m. Doing it all at once is an excellent full-body workout - it's just that I rarely have time to do it all at once.
 
MIS lacks a fun factor for me. It is intense though. I always get major DOMS with this workout.

ETA: Yah!!! I finally made it to my 300th post. Pretty sad considering I've been on these boards since the beginning. I guess I lurk more than I post:)
