It's a fabulous total body strength workout. In fact it won Video Fitness's highest award. I think it's not mentioned as often because it's an older workout. The newer ones have different equipment and some new techniques, but I still toss this one in the DVD every now and again.
This is a great total body workout. It's easy to modify. I used it when I was pregnant and modified when necessary. After it sat for quite a while unused I did this one again several months ago and was actually sore the next day. Now I'm back to using it more often to add variety to my strength workouts.
I don't do it that often either, but when I do, I really enjoy it and feel completely worked. I really enjoy this workout a lot and always intend to do it more often after I've "rediscovered" it. It is a very good total body workout.

I love this workout! Usually, I do the lower and upper on seperate days though. I got great defifintion in my upper with this. I like the lower better than leaner legs for some reason. I feel it more in the back of my legs where I have more toning to do.
This is an excellent workout. I do this periodicaly. I have attained some good definition with this. I think it is not mentioned as much because so many people are talking about the newer workouts.

I think it's a great, classic total body workout. I usually split it up between upper and lower body - I like to use the lower body section as an add-on because it's short.
How often do you do this workout per week? I just got this and will probably split up the upper/lower body portions. Is 2x a week enough for each body part?
