MIS!!!

Oh my! I forgot how rough that workout is. I have been trying to get back in shape and lose the 10 pounds that I have put on. Last week I decided that I wanted to give MIS a try again. I hadn't done it in about 4 months or so. Now I understnad why I didn't have that hard of a time with my wieght over the summer when I was doing that workout a lot. I was sore all weekend. I think I ned to throw that one back in the rotations again with Power Hour. I haven't tried that one a a long time too. I'm afraid! Ha, ha!
Ok, just thought I would mention an oldy but very much so, a goodie.

I just recently got MIS, I love it. What a great all over body weight work out. I have heard a lot of good things about power hour too. How do you like that compared to MIS?.

I just got done doing MIS and I too haven't done that one since November. I also forgot what a great over all work out it is. I know I will be sore tomorrow.

I think Power Hour is a great workout! It is similar to MIS in that it is a total body workout, but it moves faster and takes less time (obviously you can tell that from the title!) To me, PH is more of a fast-paced endurance workout whereas MIS seems to be a little more on the strength side - although not completely - it is not like S&H or PS.

If you like MIS, you will definitely like PH and I would strongly recommend adding it to your collection! Hope this helps!

I've done MIS twice in the past two weeks and right now, it's my favorite Cathe strength tape. I feel so pumped after finishing it. She's an animal in this one! She uses a 35 pound barbell for every muscle group including shoulders! And, as I remember at one point she picked up 25 pound dumbbells and swung them around like they were 5 pounders! Crazy stuff!
