Oh my! I forgot how rough that workout is. I have been trying to get back in shape and lose the 10 pounds that I have put on. Last week I decided that I wanted to give MIS a try again. I hadn't done it in about 4 months or so. Now I understnad why I didn't have that hard of a time with my wieght over the summer when I was doing that workout a lot. I was sore all weekend. I think I ned to throw that one back in the rotations again with Power Hour. I haven't tried that one a a long time too. I'm afraid! Ha, ha!
