MIS vs. PH - worth having both?

I love PH and have great things about MIS, but after reading some of the reviews on Video Fitness they sound like a lot of the same thing. Are they? I only have an hour two days a week to do weights, so the Pure Stregth series wouldn't really fit for me. I've started running and really like so far what that combined w/ PH has done as far as leaning me out and getting a more sculpted look, which is why MIS sounded good. Anyway,... is it worth getting MIS or is it basically like the PH I already have?

I have been doing a rotation using both tapes every week, and I think they are very different. MIS is more strength and I use much heavier weights and barbell. For PH, I use a 35 pound barbell for the leg work, back, and chest, go down for everything else and the only dumbbells I use are 5 lbs. and 10 lbs. MIS I use a 40 lb. barbell for the leg work and I use 20 lbs. dumbbells for the chest, back, go down later to 15s, and just generally use heavier weights for everything. MIS is 75 min. long, too, although if you are scrimping on time, you could put the final abs section on to a Cardio tape the following day, which is what I sometimes do.

I personally think it is worth it. When I do PS or S&H, I like to do MIS later in the week because it is more strength oriented. When I do BodyMax or CTX, I sometimes do PH later in the week because it is more endurance oriented. Cathe also posted a great rotation where you do PH 2x's a week and MIS 1x a week during weeks 1 and 3. Weeks 2 and 4 you do MIS 2x's a week and PH 1x a week. This sounds great to me, but I haven't tried it yet. Do you have a DVD player? I strongly suggest the PH, MIS, BodyMax DVD if you do. Have fun!
