Is MIS and Muscle Endurance pretty much the same thing? I mean I know that ME uses a weighted ball, but they both seem to work a muscle until exhaustion by high reps - and both are advised to do one to three times a week (no more then three)
I own MIS but not ME. Is it benefical for me to get ME in addition to MIS for any other reason then changing it up a bit in order not to get to bored with repetition of the same video?
