My question is:- After doing MIS Upper and Lower body this morning, can I do Bootcamp or Interval Max 2 tomorrow morning?? That would give me a 24 rest period.

OK I AM EDITING THIS, I MEANT CIRCUIT MAX NOT INTERVAL MAX. SINCE BOTH THE ABOVE ARE MORE ENDURANCE WITH LIGHTER WEIGHTS, DOESN'T THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS FAR AS 24 HOUR REST VERSUS 48 HOUR REST??
 
You should take at least a day off (that is, a 48 hour break) between weight training for the same body part. Since MIS is a weight workout, and Boot Camp contains a weight element, I wouldn't suggest this combination. IMAX 2 should be o.k., though, unless your legs are still pretty sore from MIS.
 
Cathe has said if Im not mistaken, that you could do CM after a weight day by just keeping the weights used in CM very light. In one of her rotation suggestions for the Intensity series, she has Cardio and weights right before PUB--I am currently doing that rotation, and I just use 3 to 5lb dumbells--just enough to keep the heartrate up.

I also use bootcamp as a cardio after a weight day, again using very light weights
