MIS/one upper body part once a week

i was wandering if i would get any results if i did mis but used it to work my upper body parts once a week
like:

Chest:monday
Back: tuesday
Shoulders: wednesday
Biceps: thursday
Triceps:friday


would i get any results with this and if so what order should i go in
 
It is not enough weight work. You would have to do it twice. You would want to do this order....
chest, back, bicep, shoulder, tricep

Atleast that is what I would do. Twice per week:
chest/back
shoulders/abs
bicep/tricep and then repeat for total of 6 days one day rest.



I would suggest putting something else in there as well, some other vid.

I work upper body parts once per week only and as long as you go heavy enough you can get excellent results - I have!

However, I would recommend Slow and Heavy and Pure Strength series for this. Particularly S&H if you are really after muscular development.

Just my thoughts...
