My goal is to build muscle mass (like Cathe Friedrich and Monica Brant). I have always heard that this should be done with a weight that will only let you complete 8 - 10 reps. Any more reps than that and you are working on endurance. In MIS more than 10 reps are usually performed. Will I be able to build muscle mass with this tape? Or is it just going to build endurance and give me definition as opposed to muscle mass?
