Mini step/tall box height

I have been using my old Firm wood step (I think it is a 10")for leg presses for your New Intensity tapes. Am I sacrificing my results by using only a 10" step? (I am 5'7", but with shorter legs & longer torso)it seems the mini-step you all use is much higher. What are your thoughts on this?
 
Hi Bonne! Keeping your knee at around a 90 degree angle is a good range. If you go a little lower than this, you will get a little more quad focus, if you go a little higher than this you will get a little more glute focus. But if going higher presents any discomfort to your knee, then keep to a lower height. Take Care!
