I was previewing this tape yesterday and I have one question: Who is able to do all of the 100 push-ups? I thought, I was good doing 24 big girl push-ups but 100?
100? Are they in one huge set or broken up into smaller sets? I'm thinking that I could do 5 sets of 20 on my knees. But I wouldn't. I'd prefer to do fewer with straight legs.

They're broken up in smaller sets throughout the video, with a lot at the end - different variations of push-ups.
I haven't done this video in it's entirety in a long time - I usually just do it for the cardio, but I could only finish the push-ups on my knees when I did the whole workout.

I can do it.Fun tape but poor production.I still cannot do the one arm push up in CIA kickbox jam or Kick to Fit.Sherri Jacquelyn should do a weight training video.She probaby would also work you hard.
I only do the modified pushups, and I still definately feel it! Towards the end of the tape, I'm usually tired, so sometimes I skip some of the variations she does. Have you tried the modified pushups??
