Hello everybody. I saw a preview of this DVD and I think I like it. I don't own any of Mindy Mylrea's workouts and I would like to know who likes her and why and if anybody owns this workout, do you use it often? And is it effective? I'm in need of some new exercise DVDs so while I wait for my new Cathe's I was checking out advanced workouts at Collage and this one caught my attention. Any input would be appreciated because I'm bored of my current workouts and I need new ones soon }(. Thanks in advance for any replies.
