Mindy M's All About Legs

Ladies, I have only previewed Mindy's All About Legs workout to date, but it looks like a real winner - and I am a die-hard Cathe fan! I wanted to find a LB workout that was effective but wasn't just more squat-lunge-leg-press-me-to-death. (Not that there's anything wrong with that but sometimes I really want a change.)Mindy works the LB with a med ball, stability ball, tubing, and I think gliding discs (haven't watched that last portion yet).

I think this workout really lends itself to the freestyle approach that many of you take for LB, so I wanted to raise awareness about it. It looks like 15 minutes of each piece of equipment, so it would be easy to mix and match or add on to another workout.

Just helping you all spend your fitness cash,
Marie

YES - this is a good one - I use a lot of the exercises in my classes.

I have a few of Mindy's workouts and they are good. I love her style, athletic moves incorporating functional fitness. I am anxiously awaiting her next workouts.

I love this workout!
I haven't used all the segments yet, nor done them as a complete workout, but twice, I've used the stability ball workout after the first 1/2 of PLB. What a workout! That "hack squat/side squat/rear squat" combo really hits the glutes nicely. IMO, the DVD is worth the price just for that segment!

I've also tried the gliding segment, and it's good as well.

Robin: you can get the DVD at www.collagevideo.com or at www.mindymylrea.com (you'll be redirected to her new website, but I don't have that URL offhand).

Kathyrn, I actually bought this based on your review on VF. I really wanted a LB workout that was intense but had different kinds of moves to it (my knees need a break). So thanks! :)

Does anybody know when the new Mindy "All About Arms" comes out? I'd love to have her "All Abouts". I think they are great additions to the traditional weight workouts.

Oh great. x( I was about to place a long awaited order for some new exercise dvd's and I thought it was finally a closed list and now I have to stumble upon this thread. So do I have to revise it now? I always look for a good lower body workout that really targets that area well. *sigh* What's an exercise junkie to do? }( :p :+
