Boy, now I'm going to have to make sure I look next time. I always go right for the calories because it's such a burner and I feel so accomplished at the end. (Ridddee!)
But just short of an hour at a steady clip, I'm going to say smack in the middle. Like 16 miles. (guess which one I'll be doing tomorrow, just to confirm )
I think I am who Carolyn was referring to . I did 19 miles on the cm extreme premix.
I think it definitely depends on your cadence. When I do the regular version of cycle max I usually go between 10 - 15 miles. Just depends on my energy level and how fast I pedal and the resistance I use. That's the great thing about spin. One workout you can concentrate on resistance and the next on speed.
