Thanks to those who recommended the Mike D workouts. I did my firest one last night and wow - what an intense 1/2 hour. Perfect for those time tight days when you're looking for an excuse!

Mike Donavanik has 3 workouts available. Extreme Burn, Extreme Burn Metabolic Conditioning, and his newest Extreme Burn Ripped.

I have Extreme Burn and it is an advanced circuit workout (he calls it 'total body interval training'). There are 2 workouts around 45min or you can combine them for a long 80min workout. It's been awhile since I've done this one but remember it being hard.

I recently bought Extreme Burn Ripped but haven't tried it yet. There are 3 32-36min workouts.

Thanks so much I will check it out! But right now I am off to do Crossfire for May's rotation !
