I have Extreme Burn and it is an advanced circuit workout (he calls it 'total body interval training'). There are 2 workouts around 45min or you can combine them for a long 80min workout. It's been awhile since I've done this one but remember it being hard.
I recently bought Extreme Burn Ripped but haven't tried it yet. There are 3 32-36min workouts.
