I love Michele Carmichael. The workouts are sort of like Body Pump. I think she is a certified instructor. The set is very simple just a corner of what looks like a gym. The music is pumping. She uses a set of bells and a body bar tho a barbell would be fine. I like all four.
MetFuel is a cardio and muscle interval training workout. It is really a strength and endurance workout and probably the hardest of the 4. Lots of burpees but she does show modifications.
FlexFuel is a toning workout .
Both of these use a step.
SoulFuel is a yoga, pilates, tai chi fusion workout which I also really like. Relaxing and I love the music.
JetFuel is probably my least used and the one you may not want as it is 2 short 30 min workouts. One uses tubing and the other a stability ball
I really like Michele and think she is a hidden treasure. The workouts are fun. I sweat and the time flies.
