I was wondering if someone could fill me in on this workout. I NEED to get something new(I feel the itching coming on!!) and was wondering what you ladies think of this one. I usually do mostly high intensity workouts 5 times a week. 2-3 circuits (Terminators, CTX, HSC, Circuit Max) with 3-4 hard cardios(Imaxes, Low Max, SB, KPC,SJP). Do you think this would fit in with my current plan? Thanks ladies!!
