I thought I would share a great Cathe combo I just completed! I did the MIC step portion and followed it with BodyMax's Upper section.
WOWOWOWOWOW!! What a fantastic workout!
I just love the intensity of MIC Step! To me it has kind of an interval effect-because I now know the tape I can slow down as Cathe is showing us and then speed up when we run through the combo!
That's what I love about Cathe's tapes-you can mix and match to your mood! I'm looking forward to the new strength tapes to make up some new combinations!!
